We started the day early. Getting the polling agents ready. Then we started doing rounds, visiting the 4 polling stations. Security pretty good. We bumped into a lot of the candidates. more
Yesterday evening was relaxing time. Strolling through the street visiting my cousin’s place. It suddenly occurred to me – 99.99% of the people who engaged with us on the campaign trail did not once ask me my religion, caste, lineage, language, marital status or any such thing. The following is not a preachy, moral sermon. Just a surprised observation. (I hate preachy, moral sermons when someone gives that to me. So wouldn’t want to subject you all to it.

We campaigned in New Colony two days back and we could feel a change in the mood, more positive and receptive. One lady was saying how she had already spoken to her neighbours that they should vote for the “Road Roller”. more

iPod meet Autorickshaw. Autorickshaw meet iPod. I am not sure if Steve Job, may his soul rest in an creative and artistic heaven, would have ever imagined such a use for the iPod. more
